Birth Doula Package

Pregnancy​

2-4 in home or virtual visits

• become better acquainted
• address any fears or concerns you may have
• discuss your birth preferences
• practice breathing, relaxation techniques and comfort measures
• discuss fetal positioning and labor/pushing positions
• pelvic steam for labor prep
• postpartum freezer meal prep around 36 weeks

Continuous birth support

• in your home, virtually and at your birthing location
• will remain with you for up to two hours after birth, as needed
• help process through options and decisions
• can help with initial latching of baby, if necessary​
• ​pelvic steam for labor stalls

​Childbirth Education is an important part of preparing for the birth of your baby. During classes we learn about your rights and options, birthing locations and their practices, process and stages of labor and your body's response to each stage, comfort measures, the first couple hours after birth and going home with baby.

1. Freezer Meal Prep
2. 2hr Meal Planning Session
3. Postpartum Soups and Steam: 5 2hr visits in first 2 weeks includes- 1 soup per visit, lactation support, pelvic steam session
